About me

Hi there! I’m Nadia, make up artist and tutor from Dublin.

In my work, I’m constantly giving advice, teaching new techniques, recommending products and sharing my tips and tricks….so I want this blog to be an extension of that.

Currently I teach a variety of subjects in LA Creative Academy including Fashion and Bridal make up, SFX, Airbrushing, Body Painting etc.  I love teaching as no two days are the same, helping the students fulfill their potential is so rewarding!  This blog will help me keep up to date on what’s happening in the beauty industry; new product, trends and generally just stuff I like!

In the past I have worked with both MAC and Inglot Cosmetics.  I have also worked on OK!, KISS, VIP, STELLAR, The Dubliner and TVNOW magazines, the Walkers TVNow Awards, Xposé and Xposé Xmas Xperience, Dundrum Town Centre Wedding Show and the Amanda Brunker Cost Plus Sofas TV campaign. I have also written ‘Ask the Expert’ columns in KISS and TVNow Magazines, have filmed short make up tutorials for RTE’s Red Radar and I’ve been mentioned on and Benefit Cosmetics Beauty Blog.

I love getting any feedback so feel free to contact me…tweet tweet!

You’re twitter page caught my eye, so I am now following you. From twitter I caught you’re web site and am glad you answered the question that was first on my list. Your photo is quite attractive and see the sense of humor in your posts. Just wanted to stop by and wish you a Merry Xmas from New Orleans, LA. I’m visiting family for Christmas, but actually live in Texas. After seeing some the amount of snow you guys have been getting, all I can think of is, “stay warm”. 🙂

I just posted about the Inglot Train Case and it automatically generated one of your posts as a similar subject, and I found you! I must say I love your blog! I’m definitely subscribing and putting you under my links 🙂 I blog roughly about the same stuff mixed in with a bit of my life, ha.

Thanks 🙂 Going to have at your blog now too! There’s a newer, larger Inglot trolley that’s much better that we have in store in Dublin for €220 plus 20% off MUA discount…not sure if it’s the same worldwide though, sorry!
